I was blown away by the attention Suede showed me throughout the buying process this was my first home purchase I had a million questions and Suede had a million and one answers. Every time I called he answered and even stayed up past midnight to submit my offer for the home I purchased. Would recommend for anyone from new home buyers or property flipping.

Suede was a great realtor, everytime I had a question or needed to talk about something quick he answered or called back right away. He also has great knowledge and experience with real estate. Another thing with Suede is that he has a lot of connections with great contractors that helps throughout the process. A great realtor that just makes the process less stressful.

He took us too many houses to look he knew the history of each of the homes Suede is very knowledgeable. He even helped us with a new mortgage lender. My family and I were very impressed with how willing he was to meet with us on my schedule which is actually pretty limited. Suede was very professional responded to texts emails rapidly.
